Preparing For Your First Visit
During your first visit at Conceptia, we gather information about your medical history to offer personalized treatment plans based on your situation. Below are a few steps that are important to follow in order to start your fertility journey at the earliest and in the most optimal conditions.
Carefully read our clinic team’s welcome email. It contains the login information for your Patient Portal, as well as testing requirements.
In the website menu, click on the Patient Portal and log in using the information found in your welcome email.
Follow your clinic’s instructions and print out documents and forms as requested.
Ask your physician to forward results of previous fertility tests that you may have done.
Your First Fertility Consultation
During your first consultation, you will meet with a Conceptia fertility specialist to go over your fertility history and any previous tests or treatments sent by the physician referring you. Your fertility specialist will then evaluate whether additional assessments are needed.
Your Second Visit at Conceptia
Following your initial consultation, we will welcome you again to cover your assessment results. Your fertility specialist will recommend and describe any additional assessments or treatment best suited to your specific situation and needs.
How our team will help you in
your journey
Once your treatment plan has been decided, a member of our nursing team will discuss the next steps with you, provide you with information on financial aspects, answer any questions you may have, and select a date for the beginning of your fertility treatment.
As your treatment begins, and throughout the rest of your fertility journey, you will meet our team who will accompany you in through your treatments: doctors, the nursing team, the andrology & embryology team, and the administrative team.
